Program registration is available at the online registration link after creating a login account. For more information or assistance Contact Us. Registration is required before the start of a GAC program. Participants registered with the assistance of GAC staff by telephone agree to accept GAC policies and procedures.
Payment must be made in full before the start of a GAC program.
GAC does not provide refunds for cancelled programs unless that program is cancelled by GAC. We reserve the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.
If a GAC program is cancelled by GAC we will provide a full tuition refund or allow a transfer to another GreenApple program if available.
A parent may request a transfer for a program with a start date greater than 2 weeks to a like program taking place in the same program season if that program is not listed as full and by permission of GAC. A transfer request must be submitted by email at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the changed program. The email address is email@example.com with transfer request in the subject line. Include detail in the body of the email on participant name, program name, program date and location currently enrolled as well as the requested program. Transfer requests for a program starting within 2 weeks will not be processed. Transfer Request Form
To request a scholarship send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with scholarship request in the subject line. In the body of the email indicate the specific program location, program name and program date that you are requesting. We will respond with a Scholarship Request Form. Scholarship requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the requested program. GAC policy does not allow refund of a registration fee to award a scholarship. A reprocessing fee of $10.00 will be charged to reprocess declined credit card payments.
Absences from a GAC program cannot be made up in another session and no part of the program fee is refundable when a participant is absent.
GreenApple Campus discounts will be announced each program session.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase by check or credit card. Contact our offices to make a purchase. The gift certificate can be used towards the registration of programs that are not listed as full. A Gift Certificate can be redeemed via the phone or mail and processed as a check.
To be included on a waiting list for a program listed as full please send an email to office@GreenAppleCampus.org with waitlist, the program location, program name and the week in the subject line. In the body of the email let us know the program name, date and location as well as the best way to contact you if space becomes available.

Epi-pen or Inhaler
If your child requires an Epi-pen or inhaler at a GAC program you are required to complete the (2) health forms provided at the Health Forms link and present completed forms at check-in prior to the start of your GAC program. If your child requires special assistance please contact our office.
If your child has an allergy that requires assistance if an allergic reaction occurs, such as with an EpiPen or inhaler, it is your responsibility to complete all of the following steps: you must inform GAC of the child’s allergy, you must complete the required Health Forms, you must be sure that the child brings any required allergy medication or assistance to camp each day and you must be sure that the child is aware of the symptoms of an allergic reaction. You further acknowledge that GAC cannot guarantee the elimination of allergens from the program environment.
GAC staff is not responsible for providing or administering medications to children. If your child requires medication while at a GAC program you must have completed Health Forms, a doctors permission slip addressed to GAC allowing the child to administer the medication, a detail of the type of medication and the dosage. The medication MUST be in its original container.
GAC is not responsible for injuries sustained on its premises or host agents premises public or private.
At registration the registrant agrees to hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries (including death), or losses that I may sustain or incur, if any, while attending, engaging, practicing, participating or witnessing activity and/or certain event(s) occurring in or about the premises or at any offsite location. I hereby assume full risk, waive all claims and release and hold GAC, individually or otherwise, harmless for any and all liability, claims, suits, damages, expenses, fees, actions, or rights of action or judgments as a result of injury or death to myself or members of my family or heirs, or my guests, or damage, destruction or loss to my property, which in any way relates to, arises out of, or is in any way connected with my presence on the premises, or my participation in events of activities thereon, or the negligent acts or omissions of the releases or any other third party.
I am fully aware and understand that GAC does not have on or about the premises, or employ or contract with any medical services, provisions for ordinary or emergency medical services.
In consideration of my participation in and the use of the premises or facilities, I hereby release and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates and lessees from any and all claims resulting from any physical injury that may occur to me while participating in any program or event sponsored by GAC.
GAC staff supervise participants in programs, transitional break times and during lunch. For the safety of our participants non GreenApple staff are not allowed to observe or participate in any GreenApple Campus program.
GAC does not provide a snack. Please be considerate of food allergies if a snack is used at a GreenApple program. We request no peanut based snacks in consideration of campers with food allergies.
Lunch costs are indicated per program location. To participate in lunch the participant must be registered for a full day GAC program. One full day program or two (am & pm) age appropriate GAC programs within the same calendar week constitute a full day. GAC staff will supervise your child over the lunch hour at the university cafeteria or specified location. Registration for lunch is required for full day participants unless a parent checks out the child over the lunch hour and checks them back in. Lunch is only available to full day registrants. Lunch costs are listed for each GAC program location.
In consideration of all program participants, GAC reserves the right to discontinue participation without refund for disruptive behavior by participants as defined by GAC staff.
Check-In and Check-Out
GAC program participants must be checked in and checked out by signature at the start and conclusion of each GAC program by a parent or authorized adult. Unsupervised participants are not the responsibility of GAC, it’s employees or host agents, public or private where GAC programs are held. Parents bear full responsibility before commencement of a GAC program and at its conclusion for participant action and behavior.
Official program times are posted on the schedule. Care during this time is covered by tuition. Extended care will be offered at select program locations. Please check schedules. Registration and payment for extended care is required prior to the program start.
